- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging (including tags).

Return Costs
- For Defective Products: No cost to you. This applies if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective upon arrival. We will cover the shipping.
- For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. This applies if you purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you no longer want the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item
